All other health insurances are Out of Network at this time.  Please contact your insurance company to determine your out of network benefits.  Your therapist can either submit out of network claims directly to your insurance company on your behalf, or provide you with an invoice so that you can submit a claim.

Appointments are scheduled for 55 minutes whether they are in office or via telehealth unless a prior arrangement has been made with the therapist.

Fee for service is $140 per 55 minute session.  Your therapist may be able to offer a reduced fee based on availability and need.

You may register a card on file for automatic payments, or choose to pay via cash or check at the time of services.  Your therapist does not provide change.  Any returned check fees and bank fees associated with a returned check will be the clients responsibility.
